What’s your inclement weather and cancellation policy?<\/h3>\n

Weather cancellations are at the captain’s discretion. If it’s raining, we’ll typically still head out\u2014 but if conditions are severe enough that you’d spend the trip just holding your belongings down, we’ll cancel. That’s not the experience we want for you.<\/p>\n

If we cancel, we’ll try to reschedule for a later date, with the option of a full refund.<\/p>\n

For guest cancellations, a $50 fee applies if you cancel more than two weeks before your rental date. If you cancel within two weeks, we can reschedule or issue a credit toward a future cruise.<\/p>\n

How many people can we bring?<\/h3>\n

A total of 11 passengers are allowed on the boat plus 1 driver. This is per Wisconsin State safety regulations & The Kanaloa Tiki Lounge LLC guidelines. No exceptions.<\/p>\n

Do you provide a driver for the boat?<\/h3>\n

Where do we park?<\/h3>\n

Street parking is available or there are various parking lots within a short walk from the dock.<\/p>\n

Can we bring food and beverages on board?<\/h3>\n

Food and drinks are always welcomed & encouraged, we only ask to please be respectful of the surroundings.\u00a0We provide a large cooler on the boat, which is always freshly stocked with ice for you & your entourage. Feel free to bring any additional beverages or snacks you’d like to bring with on your adventure!

What should I wear?<\/h3>\n

During the warm summer days, dress comfortably. This means sandals and swim attire or shorts and a t-shirt! We recommend bringing a light jacket too, just in case it’s breezy.<\/p>\n
